The short version

• The job history you enter in the finder is stored only in your own browser. It is never sent to us.
• We never ask for your National Insurance number, date of birth or bank details.
• If you join our list, we store your name, email and the summary figures shown on the form.
• We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

What we collect and why

When you submit the form on your results page we store your name, email address, age band, the number of pensions found, the estimated total and whether one is a guaranteed (defined benefit) pension. We use this to contact you about the thing you asked for. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing hello@pensionfinders.co.uk.

Who we share it with

We don't share your details with anyone. Our database is hosted by Supabase in the EU and the site by Vercel.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for up to 24 months after you last hear from us, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your browser data

The finder saves your answers in your browser's local storage so you can come back later. Use “Start again” on the results page, or clear your browser data, to remove it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@pensionfinders.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
